
Todd Antonelli, VP, is a recognized business advisor to the world’s most influential CEOs and executives. Todd has a successful 20-year track record advising teams at the top who grapple with issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions, strategy development and implementation to organizational design, transformational change, and human capital management.
He has helped executives and their teams formulate strategies for growth, organization re-design, and architect blueprints for rapid change. He helps leaders build appropriate talent strategies to ensure that current and next generation leaders have the capabilities required by the organization. He has extensive experience consulting on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures/strategic alliances, business restructurings, spin-outs, and privatizations. He has also held various interim management positions such as chief restructuring officer, vice president of human resources, and integration management office leader.
Todd participated in more than 200 advisory engagements with Fortune 500 to start-ups in the following industries and locations: manufacturing, high technology, aerospace and defense, consumer products, insurance, financial services, energy/ chemical in the U.S., Germany, England, Netherlands, Hungary, and Latin America.
Todd received his MBA in Finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, in 1989. He received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois, in 1983. He serves on the Board of the College of Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering at the University of Illinois. He has published articles on organizational transformation and executive pay and performance, and is a frequent speaker at industry seminars, workshops and conferences.
